WISPR Ground Control freezes on the Herelink while in air/running a mission.
The most common cause for this is either the USB cord is not handling the download from the computer to the Herlink and is dropping packets or the USB port could just need to be changed as far as which one you are plugging the USB cord into or trying a totally different computer.
To test this out, grab a usb cable you know works correctly and if possible change the computer you are downloading WGC on.
Before re-downloading, be sure to delete WISPRGroundControl in the applications on the Herelink and then re-download with the steps above,

Updating WisprGroundControl and Wispr Flight Firmware
Periodically Wispr will release software and firmware updates that the customer will need to know how to receive so that their drone is always flying with the latest and greatest we have to offer. Software would apply to WisprGroundControl. Updates for it will only effect settings and elements within the app. Flight firmware updates are less frequent, yet very important updates that can effect flight characteristics.
