Troubleshooting: Unable to Download UBX Files After a Mission

If you encounter issues when attempting to download UBX files from your drone after one or more missions, follow the steps below to resolve the problem and successfully transfer the data.

1. Create a Local Folder
   On your computer, create a new folder where the UBX files will be stored.

2. Transfer Files in Small Batches (If Necessary)

   • If you are unable to transfer all files at once, try copying only 2–3 UBX files at a time.

   • This may help avoid transfer errors, especially if the files are large or if the connection is unstable.

3. Copy Files to the Local Folder

   • Once transferred, paste the UBX files into the folder you created on your computer.

   • Repeat the process in small batches until all desired files are transferred.

4. Compress the Folder

   • After all files have been copied, right-click the folder and select "Compress" or "Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder".

   • This will create a .zip archive containing all the UBX files, making them easier to store, share, or upload.
